Wanted to talk to someone to cancel a reservation, but didn't talk to anyone.
I reserved a spot for this Friday, but something came up, so I wanted to cancel my reservation, I made a reservation for the following day, but I can't cancel my first reservation, I should be able to cancel three or four days before my reservation and not get penalized, or have to pay a cancellation fee, things happen, I am going the following day, can someone cancel my Friday reservation?

Unable to reach a PERSON to resolve a problem
Online issues resulted in a duplicate reservation. Tried callingnever an answer.
Tried chat with no results. Tried website but no resolution.

I have had talk for over a year with someone gave me as a gift. I have emailed tock and no response to how to redeem it. It would be great if I would get a response or a callback to help me out with this.
