All I asked for is a simple email confirmation of my reservation. How hard is this?
The stupid chatbot said it would connect me to the email technician, but instead it took me to the page where I must fill out a form with my credit card information to sign up for a $40 membership! Aarrrgh!
What kind of service response is this? I ask for an email confirmation, not a $40 subscription!
I will avoid making any dinner reservations through Tock. I'd rather contact the restaurants directly or go elsewhere.
I will tell the restaurant owners they don't have to use Tock. Any other reservation services would be better.

I hate it when restaurants I want to go to use Tock, the worst reservation system ever.
This time, all I am asking for is a simple confirmation email so I can copy the people in my party.
Instead of just send me the confirmation of my reservation, the dumb chatbot say it will connect me to the email technician. Which took me to a page where I have to fill in my credit card info and $40 subscription!
Is this Tocks service?
I will try to avoid using Tock at all costs. I would rather reserve my table with the restaurant directly.
I will complaint directly to the owner of the restaurant, and encourage them to use any other service but Tock because

Wanted to talk to someone to cancel a reservation, but didn't talk to anyone.
- - I want to cancel my Friday reservation but can't cancel the first.
- - I want to avoid a cancellation fee and ask if someone can cancel Friday for me.
I reserved a spot for this Friday, but something came up, so I wanted to cancel my reservation, I made a reservation for the following day, but I can't cancel my first reservation, I should be able to cancel three or four days before my reservation and not get penalized, or have to pay a cancellation fee, things happen, I am going the following day, can someone cancel my Friday reservation?
